Expert Repairs. Tim Moran learned the instrument repair trade the old-fashioned way: a one-on-one apprenticeship that began with sweeping the shop floor and ended three years later when he was taken on as his teacher's partner. That was back in the late 1970's, and he has practiced the trade ever since.
Because he plays the instruments he repairs, he treats each one as if it were his own, with meticulous attention to the finer details of response, touch and intonation. Tim can handle everything from emergency spot repairs to complete overhauls and restorations.
