Saturday, September 25, 8 PM
Pre-concert talk with Randy Brecker, 7:15
Saxophonist Michael Brecker was a jazz giant. During a 40-year career, he won 15 Grammy awards, the Dutch Edison Jazz Award, countless “Best of” accolades and worldwide acclaim for his stunning musical innovations and peerless virtuosity. The extraordinary WJO will be joined by Michael’s brother Randy, legendary trumpet player and multi-Grammy winner himself, for a celebration of Michael’s spectacular musical legacy.
